you may have
found me from the recommendation of a friend, my
video on youtube or my recent news article
spotlighting my
success.
Like many
emails I'm reading from everyone I also struggled
with my weight since college. It was easier to keep
it under control because I was playing sports,
running 5 days a week, going to the gym almost daily
and eating better and was just more active
overall.
But then I
graduated college and like most of us I got a job. I
wasn't running 5 days a week, going to the gym daily,
playing sports or eating as well. Although I managed
to get in the gym somewhat regurlarly, it wasn't
enough.

I've tried EVERY one of those and much
much more.From the emails I've
received I know most of you have too. Some of them helped me lose a
little weight but i would always gain it
back.
Phil I started this diet at
260 pounds and I took these pictures at the 2
month mark where I weighed in at 227 for a loss
of 33 pounds! Although I lost a good
amount of weight in the first 30 days (22
pounds I think) I was still too embarrased to
send my pictures in. As for exercise I didnt'
really exercise at all in the first 30 days.
Maybe walked a few times. But I have increased
it lately because I feel so much better and am
more motivated to lose more weight. The last
two weeks I've been walking every other day or
riding a bike.
What I am really
pleased with is my side profile how much my
stomach has dissapeared and if you notice my
face is skinnier which I really like. I get
compliments all the time. My total cholesterol
has dropped an an unbelievable 75 points and
thats WITHOUT medication. I still need to drop
another 20 points or so, we will see how that
goes. I'll keep you updated.
To be totally
honest I only did this diet in the very
beginning because I needed to lose some quick
weight before a reunion. I saw your video
and figured I could just lose 20 pounds
or so real quick for the occasion. I didn't
think I would stick to it but I never really
felt like I was "dieting" per say so It was
easy to do. After that first month I just kept
doing it and weight kept coming off. So anyways
I'm pretty excited and thanks again for
everything.

I Would Always
Wear Big Sweatshirts Or Ugly Sweatpants To Hide How Fat I
Was
I don’t think I fully realized it at the time
but looking back It affected me in so many ways. I hated
the fact that I couldn’t buy “cool” looking clothes. I
like to go out with my friends and stuff and dress nice.
It’s hard to find clothes that are stylish for someone
that was overweight like
myself.
I was always finding a way to try and take
pictures and hide my belly. I became a master at taking
pictures at angles that made me look skinny, it was
pathetic! I didn’t realize how much weight I had gained
till I saw the river picture of myself that I talked
about in the video. At that point I literally said to
myself “HOLY CRAP! I’M
FAT!"

I Needed Something That Was Easy To
Follow And Told Me EXACTLY What To Eat To lose
Weight
It was at that point that I went crazy trying to
search for something to help me lose weight. And trust
me… I tried almost every diet in the book! I couldn’t
afford an expensive personal trainer. I didn’t want to do

Hey Phil, here are my before
and after as promised. So far I am really
pleased with my results. It wasn't easy at
first because the first few days there were a
few times I got a little hungry and the first
week I only lost 3 pounds but by the third week
it was really kicking in and I had lost about
14 pounds by the third week.
Total I lost 27
pounds over a 42 day period when this picture
was taken and the only thing I did for exercise
was walk my dog every other morning for about
twenty to thirty minutes. Also I just recently
got a gym membership where my husband goes and
we will be going together! Thanks again and

meals! The amount of food I got to eat was reasonable and I was
eating stuff I liked so it was pretty easy to stick to it for

energy! I can’t remember the last time I was depressed and I'm
excited about everything I
do.I can buy normal clothes.
